Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to have all displayed items in stock at all times, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a delay in updating the stock levels on our website. Should an item you have ordered not be in stock, you will be contacted by our online team. Items which are not in stock will need to be dispatched from South Africa and will require a 4-6 week lead time.
If you do not wish to wait, we will offer you your choice of another product or a full refund. This also applies to items that are in stock but are deemed to be unsuitable for sale.

Does Carrol Boyes Dubai (Lime Living) deliver worldwide?
Yes, we can ship all over the world. International delivery fees can only be calculated at the time of shipping however a minimum fee of AED180.00 will apply.
We are unable to give advice on any local duties or taxes. Prices shown do not include any local duties or taxes. Carrol Boyes Dubai (Lime Living) is not liable for these costs that may be charged by local customs and duties offices.
*You may be asked to pay additional shipping for fragile items or items that incurr additional shipping charges. If additional shipping is required we will contact you prior to processing your order.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed by 2pm (Saturday - Thursday) on stock currently held in Dubai will be dispatched from Carrol Boyes Dubai (Lime Living) within 2-3 days. Please note if an order is placed on a Friday it will not be dispatched until the Sunday as Friday is a non working day, due to it being the weekend in the UAE.
Any orders placed which requires us to order on your behalf from the suppliers will take between 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive between 2-4 business days from leaving Carrol Boyes Dubai (Lime Living) depending on your location. International delivery times will vary.
Do we gift Wrap ?
Gift Wrapping service may be requested. Please include this request when ordering.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you or offer a refund. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unused and in its original packaging. Please note that items purchased under "sale" or "promotion" or "discontinued" offers are not subject to return.
